To register and use the Apkayz platform you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:
Age Verification: Apkayz may request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
Each player is permitted to hold only one Apkayz account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name or with the assistance of another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including winnings.
When registering, you must provide complete, accurate and truthful information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid mobile number and a current email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
You are solely responsible for keeping your Apkayz login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. Apkayz staff will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Apkayz support immediately. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication from your account settings for an added layer of security.
Apkayz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit a copy of your CNIC and may be asked for additional documentation such as a selfie or proof of payment method. This is a one-time process designed to protect you and to ensure compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may have withdrawals withheld until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Apkayz accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. Supported deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Apkayz charges no fees on deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own charges at their discretion. Players are responsible for checking their payment provider's fee schedule.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted and will be returned, which may cause a delay in funds reaching your Apkayz account. Apkayz reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used.
Please note: Apkayz does not accept deposits made from funds borrowed from others, from loan products, or from any source where the depositor does not have clear personal ownership of the funds. This is part of our commitment to responsible gaming.
Players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees and must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the Apkayz account.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers and card withdrawals. Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier, from Rs 500,000 at Bronze level to Rs 5,000,000 at Diamond level. Monthly limits apply at lower tiers; Diamond members have no monthly cap.
Standard accounts receive Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within 10 minutes of approval. VIP Gold and above are processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfers complete within 4 hours on business days. Card withdrawals take 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank.
A withdrawal request may be delayed or withheld if: your account verification (KYC) is incomplete; you have an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements attached to your balance; there is an open investigation into the account relating to fraud, bonus abuse or money laundering concerns; or the withdrawal request exceeds your applicable daily or monthly limit. Apkayz will communicate the reason for any delay promptly.

The following general conditions apply to all Apkayz bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g. 30x) will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. For example, a 30x requirement on a Rs 10,000 bonus means you must wager Rs 300,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable real money. Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino contribute at a lower rate specified in the individual promotion.
Players may only hold one active bonus at any time. You cannot stack bonuses or claim a new bonus while a previous one is still active unless the promotion specifically permits this.
Apkayz operates fair-bonus policies that are designed for players who genuinely intend to use the platform. All bonuses carry an expiry date, which will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited upon expiry.

All games available on Apkayz use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) verified by independent testing agencies. The RTP (Return to Player) for every slot game is published in the Apkayz lobby. Live casino games are streamed from professionally operated, audited studios.
Once a game round has been completed and the result confirmed by the game software, the outcome is final. Apkayz does not interfere with or alter game results under any circumstances. In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game round, the affected round will be voided and your stake returned to your account.
All sports bets placed on Apkayz are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are available within the sportsbook interface. The platform records the state of each game round at the point of interruption. Where technically possible, the round will resume upon reconnection. If it cannot be resolved, your stake will be returned automatically.

Apkayz will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, game providers and regulatory bodies as required to operate the platform and meet legal obligations. You may request the closure of your Apkayz account at any time by contacting customer support. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Apkayz will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to keep their account active or to formally close it and withdraw their balance.
Apkayz may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal limits, wagering requirements for existing bonuses or eligibility conditions — we will provide at least seven days' advance notice via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the platform.
Changes of a minor or administrative nature (corrections to typos, clarifications that do not alter your rights) may be made without prior notice. The updated version of the Terms will always be available at this URL, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent revision.
If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw your balance. Continuing to use Apkayz after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
