Caps Lock on: Passwords on Apkayz are case-sensitive. If your Caps Lock key is on, your password will not match what you set during registration. Check the key status before retrying.
Forgotten which email you registered with: If you registered with an email address and can't remember which one, try the mobile number login tab instead — your account can be accessed with either credential.
Account locked after failed attempts: If the account has been temporarily locked due to repeated failed login attempts, wait 15 minutes and try again. If it remains locked, use the "Forgot password?" link or contact live chat support.
